It is oft seen that silence is the modus operandi. We saw it with Narsimha Rao earlier & today with Barak Obama. Closing your doors does not stop the fire, it can only give you the trancient illusion that you are secure. I dont deny the right of Isreal to defend its territory but what surprises me is that the exessive use of force doesn't spurn the world leadership to stop the massacre except a feeble press conference from the Arab league which uses any such a situation to come togather in a five star hotel, have lunch, make a meaningless press statement and go home. A well earned luncheon indeed......or the holidaying president-elect, 'who actually deserved the holiday after such a painstaking election campaign', to keep on frolicing on the sands of Hawaii...after all the toll in the bombing is just 400.......

A chat to remember

50 min. chat on meeting a once close friend after 25 yrs set me thinking..It made me review my view of things..not that z view pt was wrong, on the contrary was more mature and realistic however I am not tuned to thinking that way. I do not find human relationships as simple that I can deem them not to matter after a passage of time. Human relationships for me arnt electric switches that can be on or off. With me, it takes years to develop a view or an opinion and it takes something as drastic to change or alter. It has been a while since I started to write....however I couldnt continue because of my busy schedule. I hope that I am now able to update on a regular basis. I was just out of sight I hope not out of mind. Life is sure mysterious and I am really facinated sometimes how events reoccur. Someone I know used to tell me " What goes around comes around" - sometimes with a bonus (thats my addition to the proverb). Another thing that I have found so true in life is that if you dont accept anything but the very best - you often get it. This I am sure would have surely given an insight to my way of thinking. I am usually a positive thinker. I dont usually take offense easily unless I really find it directed at me .. I would still give another chance - giving them a benefit of doubt. If it still continues .... they cease to exist for me...simple. That was on my personal front.
